He has an undergraduate degree from New Mexico State University in Athletic Training. After receiving his Masters in Physical Therapy, Mr. Parga was accepted to The Manual Therapy Institute (MTI), an accredited 3 year orthopedic manual therapy Residency/Fellowship program that includes course work as well as hours of clinical mentorship. Upon completion of the orthopedic residency at MTI, he completed his 440 clinical hours in Austin, Texas.

He attained Fellowship status in 2011 from the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy. Mr. Parga specializes in sports medicine, rehab, orthopedic rehab, work injury rehab, pre and post-surgical rehab, manual therapy, dry needling/IMS, pain management, movement impairment syndromes, SFMA certified/FMS and musculoskeletal pain.
